Duleep Singh Barn in a beautiful rural location on the edge of Diss in Norfolk, is a 2 bed barn comfortably sleeping between 2- 6 and so provides for a couple, family or small group, Dog walkers within an intimate and rustic setting for holidays and weekend breaks. The barn is equipped to a high standard. Features: 1 double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 adult guest beds (on request and extra cost) with linen and towels to put up in the lounge. A large family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining area and comfortable lounge with wood burner. Duleep Singh can be let either on its own or with Virginia Barn for larger group gatherings. Perfect place to bring your dog, we supply Dog Bowl and dog lounger for your much beloved pet and as we do not have enclosed gardens, there is a tether available for your use to give your dog some room to run around in the gardens.

Superbly equipped kitchen with dining area, supplied with dishwasher and washing machine. Step down from kitchen to the large comfortable and stylish lounge area with woodburner, smart tv and Hi fi unit with bluetooth speakers. Leading down the hall way to family bathroom ( shower over bath) disability aids available if required and Twin bedroom just past the bathroom with views across the fields. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with shower ensuite and views out onto the rear gardens and fields. Perfect getaway for families and couples wanting peace in a beautiful, historic setting. Perfect place for Dog Walkers, we supply Dog bowls, dog lounger and tether point for your pooch available free of charge.

Duleep Singh Barn is approached over a driveway sweeping down through a lime tree avenue, with meadows either side with plenty of parking for up to 2 vehicles. With its own private front garden with garden patio chairs and Table and BBQ on request (seasonal and extra charge) A rear shared garden for the children to play safely or if hiring both Virginia Barn, a great space for all to come together for outside dining and games. Perfect place to bring your dog, we supply Dog Bowl and dog lounger for your much beloved pet and as we do not have enclosed gardens, there is a tether available for your use to give your dog some room to run around in the gardens.

There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles for this property to the left as you drive in front of the car ports, or on the side as you drive down towards the Barn on the left. Please make sure you are not blocking the guests in the nextdoor Barn.

A network of small country lanes run between the local villages and, along with local bridleways and footpaths, there are many opportunities for countryside walks, cycling and horse riding.
Everyday facilities can be found in Hopton and Garboldisham, with public houses, post offices and convenience stores provided by either village. The nearby historic village of Redgrave also has a village shop and a public house. The market town of Diss is about seven miles to the east and has a good selection of independent shops, well regarded schools, supermarket and a train station with a direct line rail service to London Liverpool Street.
